What did my $1.99 buy?

I bought the game, and have the ITunes receipt, but I see zero difference between the free version and the full version.
My cat likes the mouse best, but it gets caught in the trap after a few seconds and I have to reset it.
It is also too easy for a cat to "paws" the game, requiring a human to keep a close eye on it to reset it.
