Game for Cats App Reviews

I got this game for my cat Starla when she was a kitten when I first got her and it used to be free and now I read reviews and it says it. Its money idk if it dose. Because I deleted this game a long time ago and re got it because my cat Starla had a kitten and so I got it again and then hed idiot like it so i deleted it and then I got it again because my cat Starla I think was bored like I was so I got it for her again and it was free still since I had it but I read reviews because the mouse trap thingy and I seen that somebody paid for this app I am telling you I think its stupid that they make you pay for a app that you cat dose not likenot

How I feel about the game doesnt matter: my cat enjoys it, and bugs me for her turn to play with the iPad, waiting for me to launch the app. Her pattern is to play excitedly for several minutes, settle into just sitting and watching for a longer period, then get into playing again for a few minutes before wandering over to her food dish. Then a few hours later shes back to asking me for the iPad again.

So, my cats got bored with the old version, so I was interested in trying the new one...alas, they want me to pay again. Not worth the trouble.

I agree with the other reviewers that gave 1 star. What a disappointment this update is. Of all the games Ive downloaded for the cats, this was the favorite, the mouse especially. Now there is nothing here of value. At least for free. Apparently it also doesnt recognize me as human, which I am. Thumbs and everything.

This is the best cat game on the market. For those of you who think that you need to buy the mouse again...JUST PRESS THE RESTORE PURCHASE BUTTON! DUH!!!!!!

For a time I could not get to the mouse, but FINALLY was able to restore it! THANK you. This game now rocks again and my orange tabby demands a game every night before we settle down to sleep. Hilarious!

The third, and oldest, has never gotten interested.

This game is great, but the new version (now available for phones) is a bit tricky. The mouse runs around a few times then gets caught in a mousetrap...depressing enough all by itself...but if you want to release the mouse and continue to play, you have to purchase the mouses release! THEN you will get the butterfly version too. And if you have app purchases turned on, the purchase could easily be made by your kitty pawing at the trapped mouse. There is a restore purchases button, it was not intuitively clear that that would bring back what we paid for, and you better hope your cat didnt make another purchase for you first. The new update, however says it makes that info more clear. Be sure in-app purchases are turned off tho before you open it.

I love setting this down for my cats they love it keeps them occupied ^.^

I have no cats whatsoever! I love playing this app to pass the time in between activities! :-)

This is a great app, the in app purchases are worth it. My cats go nuts and one even hugs my iPad while smashing his face into the screen.

My cat loves the mouse level of this game. Its better on the large screen of the iPad but Im happy to now have the phone version available too. Worth the small purchase price to give my cat lots of play time, as she isnt always up for playing (and neither am I). She doesnt respond much to the laser one, and the butterfly one is just ok to her. But she tries to eat that mouse right off the screen.

My cats go bonkers over this and the painting game. I have 8 cats and the majority line up to play with this on my iPad. I so recommend this if you have cats. Even if they are not active, they will more than likely watch the laser, mouse, or butterfly dart across the screen and keep their eyes glued to the screen. So much fun your cats and you, the human.

I had the previous version that included the Mouse, Butterfly and Laser Pointer. After being duped into an "upgrade" to a newer version, I lost the Butterfly and the now-drunk Mouse now gets caught in a trap after a few passes and a purchase has to be made in order to release him. No thanks! I already had the app, but now youre trying to force me and the unwitting newcomers purchase a feature that was already FREE! Im out. Ill find my cats another app that is not run by a bunch of shady, greedy developers. Later...

I just downloaded this game for my beloved cats, but my main issue is that every time the mouse gets stuck in the trap, it costs money to release him. Your company is pathetic. If you need money, earn it, dont force strangers to fork over THEIR money. Some cannot afford it, but you force them to give you money ANYWAY!? One star until the purchase thing is fixed. Deleted. Only make purchases for a GAME UPGRADE PACK. NOT TO BAIL A MOUSE OUT OF A TRAP. I will never request this game for your cat unless you like being spendy. Also, dont force people to leave a good review, because, hey come on, this app is the most stupid out of all of the bad ones in the App Store.
